1125 High Temp RTV Silicone Gasket Maker is a one component, room temperature curing, high performance silicone sealant which provide reliable "formed-in-place"gaskets. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a tough, flexible silicone rubber gasket. Non-corrosive and resistant to water, oil and coolant for long-lasting performance. Service temperature range -60°C ~ +280°C intermittent and will not become brittle, crack, shrink or chalk.

Applications:
1125 High Temp RTV Silicone Gasket Maker is suitable for assembly and maintenance of all types of vehicles. Typical application includes: valve covers, oil and transmission pans, intake manifolds, water pumps, timing chain covers and thermostat housings; 1125 High Temp Black RTV Gasket Maker also can be widely used for flat sealing of mechanical, electronic and chemical equipment.

1125 High Temp RTV Silicone Gasket Maker is supplied in 55g tubes, 85g tube, or customer's required weight.
Usable Life and Storage:
When stored at or below 27°C in the original unopened containers, it has a usable life of 12 months from the date of production.
Instructions for use:
• The thickness should be no more than 6mm.
• In order to achieve optimum results, use acetone or alcohol to clean the bonded surface before applying 1125 High Temp RTV Silicone Gasket Maker
• Apply evenly to a surface to form a continuous closed apron, then assemble the two flange faces. Usually initial solid in 1 hour, and fully cured in 24 hours.
• After gluing, close the assembly and remove excess glue which is squeezed out
• Use it as soon as possible after opening it. Once it has not been used, the next time you use it, you can continue to use it after extruding the cured part.
Safety instructions:
• Avoid contact with eyes before curing. If touch eyes by accidentally, rinse immediately with clean water and do the appropriate treatment.
• Please use in a well ventilated environment
• Uncured products should be kept out of reach of children; be placed out of reach of children
